This article describes the activities of educators in the preschool education system and the forms, ways and mechanisms of moral education in children's education.Also, on the basis of the improvement of the process of reforms in the preschool education system, the factors of raising moral and ethical qualities in preschool children, the demands placed on the person of the educator are mentioned.
