THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SIGN AND SYMPTOM

Abstract

This article analyzes the conceptss of “sign” and “symptom” that are widely used in medicine and highlights their differences on a scientific basis. It aslo analyzes the role of signs and symptoms in the process of diagnosing diseases, their clinical significance and their role in diagnostic medicine.
