Abstract

This research investigates the intricate relationship between performance appraisal systems and employee performance within the dynamic context of the Telecom Industry. Drawing from extensive empirical data and a comprehensive literature review, this study seeks to shed light on the impact of performance appraisal on employee excellence. By employing various statistical and analytical techniques, the research discerns correlations, explores causality, and identifies key influencing factors. The findings of this study hold significant implications for telecom organizations aiming to enhance their performance management strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
