SMARTPHONE SATISFACTION FACTORS: A STUDY OF USER EXPERIENCE IN BANGLADESH

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing the satisfaction levels of smartphone users in Bangladesh, offering empirical insights into the dynamics of user experience. As smartphones become increasingly integrated into daily life, understanding what drives user satisfaction is paramount for both manufacturers and service providers. Through a comprehensive survey of smartphone users, this research examines a range of factors, including device features, performance, user interface, and customer support, to identify their impact on user satisfaction. The findings highlight the multifaceted nature of smartphone satisfaction and provide valuable insights for product development, marketing, and service enhancement in the rapidly evolving smartphone market of Bangladesh.
