Hemant Bhagwat , Academic Services Division, Y.C.M.O.U., Nashik, IndiaAbstract
This study explores the unconventional and evolving balance between women's working and earning status and their domestic responsibilities, presenting a reversal of the traditional gender roles. In an era marked by shifting societal expectations and an increasing number of women entering the workforce, the research investigates how women navigate their professional careers while actively participating in domestic responsibilities. Through surveys, interviews, and analysis, this study sheds light on the dynamics, challenges, and outcomes of this reverse ratio, emphasizing the need for broader recognition and support for women in their multi-faceted roles.
