Abstract

This study delves into the empowerment of students with visual impairment in their journey towards career maturity, with a particular focus on the pivotal roles of self-efficacy and self-advocacy. By examining how these psychological factors influence the career development and decision-making processes of students with visual impairment, this research offers insights into enhancing their independence, self-determination, and overall career readiness. Through a combination of quantitative and qualitative analyses, this study contributes to the broader discourse on inclusive education and the support mechanisms required to foster career success for individuals with visual impairment.
