Nasifuddeen Musa , Department of Public Administration, University of Maiduguri, NigeriaAbstract
Understanding the intricate dynamics of policy processes is crucial for deciphering their impact on economic development in Africa. This study explores how policy formulation, implementation, and adaptation shape economic outcomes across the continent. By analyzing case studies and empirical data, we unveil the mechanisms through which policy decisions influence sectors such as agriculture, industry, and infrastructure. We highlight the role of governance structures, institutional frameworks, and external influences in shaping these processes. This research underscores the need for adaptive policy frameworks that promote sustainable development and address the unique challenges facing African economies.
