This article analyzes the linguistic, psychological, and pragmatic aspects of lexical units that express empathy in the Uzbek language. It examines various forms of expressing empathy in Uzbek, their contextual usage, and highlights the importance of studying empathy expressions through a corpus linguistics approach. The article addresses existing issues and outlines necessary steps in researching empathy-expressing units in Uzbek while proposing new methodological approaches in this field.
