
WAYS TO IMPLEMENT MODERN STANDARDS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This article is dedicated to exploring the processes of implementing modern standards in project management. Based on international methodologies such as PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), PRINCE2, and Agile, modern project management enhances project quality, optimizes resource utilization, and minimizes risks. The research examines the advantages and challenges of applying modern standards in project management to introduce innovative strategies. It also discusses the participation of stakeholders and effective communication methods with them, resource optimization, and the role of modern standards in strategic decision-making.
