
THE NEED TO MANAGE FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF COMMERCIAL BANKS IN MODERN CONDITIONS AND ITS ROLE IN BANKING ACTIVITY

This article examines the role of commercial banks in managing their own resources and other banking conditions in modern conditions. Effective management of bank resources is achieved by maintaining their strength, ensuring their stability and increasing profitability. The article provides detailed information on the main components of financial resource management - liquidity, capital, credit portfolio and risk management. At the same time, the role of modern personal technologies and innovations in bank management is established. The effectiveness of financial resource management is a key factor in ensuring the necessary supply for banks and supporting production development.
