
LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR PROTECTING CONSUMER RIGHTS IN E-COMMERCE

this article analyzes the legal framework for ensuring and protecting consumer rights in the e-commerce process. The article also compares the legal mechanisms in national legislation regarding the protection of Consumer Rights, their importance and their experiences in protecting consumer rights in the field of e-commerce in foreign countries.
