Ubiquitin and its relatives carry out their functions through covalent attachment to other cellular proteins, thereby changing the stability, localization, or activity of the target protein. This article reviews the basic biochemistry of these protein conjugation reactions, focusing on ubiquitin itself and emphasizing recent insights into mechanism and specificity.

This study seeks to evaluate the impact of cost of sales, the level of gross profit, and the amount of investments received on net profit. Based on the econometric model, the findings indicate that the cost of sales (x1) has an inverse relationship with net profit and that the higher the costs, the lower the net profit (β = -0.52, p = 0.001). At the same time, net profit was also influenced positively by gross profit (x2) and the amount of investment (x3). An increase in gross profit also raises net profit (β = 0.64, p < 0.001), and so does an increase in the amount of investment funds available (β = 0.31, p = 0.005). The overall explanatory power of the model is R² = 0.78, meaning that 78% of net profit can be explained through independent variables. This analysis qualifies the benefits to be gained by using a financial reporting system conforming to the international standards as it broadens the prospects of companies in seeking finances and operating in the international marketplace.

Migration is the movement of people from one place of residence to another for various reasons. The Indian census defines migration by place of birth or residence. If a person was born in a place other than where he is registered, he is considered a migrant. For a large country like India, the study of population movement in different regions of the country helps to better understand the dynamics of the society. The study describes the factors that lead to migration. Due to lack of employment opportunities, low wages, drought, lack of basic amenities, landlessness, social factors in rural areas, people need more job opportunities, higher income, better wages, they move to cities for better facility activities. A large part of the migrated population, especially in large and metropolitan cities, live in remote settlements, slums and impoverished areas with limited infrastructure services, which threaten health, urban environmental degradation, transport and other urban problems. The article describes the concept of migration in India and its causes and consequences.

This article examined the sleep quality of patients with diabetes mellitus 2 Type (QD 2 Type), which is complicated by the painful form of diabetic polyneuropathy (DPN). 50-80% of patients with chronic pain experience sleep disorders,while the severity of sleep disorders depends on the strength of the pain. Sleep disorders and neuropathic pain are interrelated and should be treated at the same time. One of the factors that affect sleep in order to improve sleep - the treatment of the painful form of DPN leads patients to improve the quality of sleep and, alternatively, the quality of life of them. The relationship between neuropathic pain and sleep disorders is twofold.Neuropathic pain patients develop sleep disorders with large extimol, and these sleep disorders in turn lead to increased pain. A positive relationship has been found between pain sensitivity and sleep disorders. Pain tolerance has been found to decrease in patients with chronic pain and insomnia. In our examination, 120 people received ogrigan patients with 2 types of QD. The duration of QD was 3 to 12 years, with those examined averaging 56.6±9.8 years of age, of which 79 (65.8%) were women and 41 (34.2%)were men. In contrast, the control group received 20 non-QD patients, of whom 5 (25%) had AG, with an average age of 55.9±7.5 years. Patients were classified into two groups with sleep quality disorders and no sleep quality disorders.

100% of patients with QD type 2, complicated by the painful form of DPN, were found to have varying levels of sleep quality disorders. In this case, the most reported complaints of patients in Group 1 were “feeling of post-waking fatigue from night sleep”, this complaint was reported by 100% of patients, while only 45% of patients in Group 2 accounted for patients. Other complaints that determined the quality of sleep in patients also dominated Group 1 patients. This in turn reaffirmed that the painful form of DPN QD 2 has an effect on the quality of sleep of different patients.

The aim of the study was to study and evaluate the indicators of erythropoiesis and iron metabolism in patients with anemia of chronic diseases (AHD). The study materials included 92 patients with AHD, 23 of them men, 69 women. Methods - general analysis of blood and morphology of erythrocytes on the photo calorimeter "CFP" 3 position, microscope "Bioline". The biochemical parameters - serum iron, ferritin, transferrin, vitamin B12, folic acid, erythropoietin - were studied on the Roche Hitachi Cobas C 311 apparatus. The study and assessment of iron metabolism in patients with AHD, depending on the nosology of chronic diseases, shows that the level of serum iron has the greatest significant decrease compared with transferrin and ferritin. The assessment of erythropoiesis indices in patients with AHZ, depending on the nosology of the chronic disease, indicates that patients with chronic liver and gastrointestinal diseases have the highest significant changes in folic acid and vitamin B12 indicators compared to.

The prevalence of halitosis, its relationship with oral cavity condition and the presence of chronic diseases of the internal organs have been studied with the purpose to develop the algorithm of treating patients with bad breath.

Dental checkup has been given to 30 patients aged 26-75 years. The diagnosis of halitosis has been made on the basis of objective presence of bad breath as well as by means of special tests. Patients survey concerning the presence of ENT organs chronic diseases, the digestive system status, the existence of bad habits, constant intake of medicines has been conducted. Halitosis incidence has been determined to make up 93,3% of the total number of the examined patients and to be characterized by the increase of its intensity in the group of patients aged 56-75 years. Among the causes of halitosis the following factors may be noted: bad oral hygiene, the presence of dental hard tissues pathology, the diseases of marginal periodontium and oral mucosa as well as pathological condition of the internal organs. In halitosis oral cavity sanation combined with proper hygienic measures is effective in the

majority (80,7%) of cases. If the provided treatment is inefficient complementary examination and treatment by a general practitioner are required.
